Regenerage provides adult day care in Lancashire for older people who would benefit from companionship, routine and support during the day. Our centres help people stay active, connected and involved, while giving families reassurance that their loved one is in a safe and welcoming environment.

For people living with memory concerns, we also provide dementia day care that is calm, supportive and tailored to the individual. Whether someone would benefit from social contact, meaningful activities or a little more day-to-day support, our team is here to help.

Welcoming day centre

A Welcoming Day Centre for Older People

Choosing a day centre for an older relative can feel like a big decision. Families want to know that their loved one will be treated with patience, warmth and respect. At Regenerage, our adult day care service is built around companionship, trusted support and activities that help people feel comfortable and included.

Dementia day care

Dementia Day Care and Support

Our dementia day care service is shaped around the individual. Some people benefit from familiar routines, others from gentle encouragement and social contact. Our aim is to create a calm setting where people can take part at their own pace and families can feel more confident about the support in place.

What to expect

What to Expect

A good day care service should feel welcoming and purposeful. That might mean conversation, music, games, movement, creative activities or simply time spent in good company. The focus is on helping people feel settled, involved and supported.

Support for families

Support for Families and Carers

Adult day care can also give families peace of mind. Knowing that a loved one is safe, engaged and cared for can make a real difference, especially for people balancing caring responsibilities with work and family life.

  • Activity Centres

Are you aged 55 plus and want to get out of the house and while away the hours taking part in interesting activities, learning something new, feel positive and independent and be in good company?

Regenerage’s two activity centres, in Fulwood and Bamber Bridge, are places where you can do that in considerate, comfortable and caring environments.

We have over 40 year’s experience of enabling older people to live well and age well. So if you are lonesome on your own at home, frail or experiencing life after stroke, or living with conditions such as Parkinsons, and want to have something to look forward to every week then why not come and explore the opportunities and suss us out at Charnely Fold in Bamber Bridge or Withy Trees in Fulwood.
Consulting with you we identify the types of things you like to do and the food you like to eat. We are interested in trying out new things so if you have ideas for things you can do or would like to try out, let us know. The more often you attend the broader the range of activities you can explore.

You can attend alone, or with your partners or introduce friends. The more diverse the merrier.

Do you have responsibilities for or feel responsible for the ongoing care of someone and sometimes feel the pressure of that care and support grinding you down?

We know that those responsibilities can be significant both mentally and physically. Day Centres provide you peace of mind that your loved one will be well looked after, enabling you to make time to get on with the important things in your life, be that going to work, running a home and supporting the wider family or keeping up with your own friends. We provide a place for carers to meet and exchange experiences, helping to share the load and good ideas. So why not take a look for yourself.

The support and activities are decided with you and with you in mind, if and where necessary, with your family and carers. We will work with you to develop a personalised support and activity plan to ensure you receive the most enjoyment from the service. We will keep the plan under review and every effort will be made to support you within service for as long as you require.

Our day centre team are carefully selected, undergo a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check appropriate to their roles and have undergone specialist training.
