Introduction/Background
Annie was referred to ourselves following diagnosis.
She was very anxious, nervous and lacking in confidence in new situations but she was open to giving it a try.
Nature of support/tasks
Initially we worked together doing some iCST to help increase her confidence slowly with my visits and this went really well. It was something she enjoyed and looked forward to.
We did discuss activities she may be interested in on visits, which has led to us trying Talking Tables at the Priory Lane Community Centre. Annie is really enjoying the activity and we are currently working towards her attending independently.
